CRB's DEI Council Meets To Discuss Equity and Inclusivity Within the Workplace

Our DEI Council recently met at our Raleigh, N.C. office to discuss CRB’s ongoing DEI journey and our work to make our company a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. We want to create a space where employees are encouraged to bring their unique perspectives and individual lived experiences to our organization.
CRB President, Ryan Schroeder and Chief People Officer, Danielle David, SHRM- SCP, joined DEI Council members for a week of discussion, action-planning, and ideation.
