Creating A More Inclusive & Accessible Workplace

When Makee Manzano applied to work at P&G Philippines, P&G’s inclusive culture made a strong impression on him—even during the application process.

“It's not lip service as I've seen how my interviewers ensured that I was able to capture all their questions so I could be at my best when answering them,” Manzano said.

International Day of Sign Languages and International Week of Deaf People are important occasions to reflect on accessibility, inclusion and our commitment to create a more accessible and inclusive world for all starting from our own workplace.

We are sharing the stories of our D/deaf employees and employees who are hard of hearing around the world and highlight the importance creating equal and equitable experience to help all P&G employees thrive.

At P&G, we know the importance of a diverse organization as diversity accelerates our ability to innovate and create beyond our current boundaries and to solve problems that make meaningful differences for the consumers we serve, and to support the communities in which we live and work. We strive to get the full value and potential of diversity through inclusion - by fostering an environment where P&G people can be their best full and authentic selves in the workplace. This enables us to unlock the real potential of our teams: the power of our differences, and the strength of our togetherness.

We believe it is our responsibility to touch and improve the lives of P&G employees everywhere we operate, constantly working to integrate principles of equity and equality into core company systems.

We’re making progress each day, and we’re committed to creating an environment where equal access and opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed is available to every employee. Learn how we’re building a more inclusive world for People with Disabilities.
