Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption Celebrates Companies that are Industry Leaders in Adoption Benefits
Each year, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace list recognizes U.S. companies that support families growing through adoption. The annual survey is judged first on financial assistance and second on paid time off given to employees after they adopt. While not all of the companies that applied make the list, we appreciate all organizations that offer adoption benefits and support families.
Along with ranking the top 100 companies in the U.S. the list also breaks out the industry leaders in categories like media, telecommunications, research, government, finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical and more.
We appreciate industry leaders like Ferring Pharmaceutical, Hanes Brand, Viacom, T-Mobile, NBA, Bloomberg, MetLife and Abbott. These companies not only lead the top 100 list, but stand out from the crowd in their respective industries.
