Shifting from soldier to civilian comes with challenges, and there’s probably no better person to help veterans find their way than someone who’s been down that road themselves.

Larry Briar started his career in retail after more than 20 years in the Marine Corps. Now, he uses his military skills to not only manage in a Walmart distribution center, but also to mentor and motivate other associates.

But his desire to give back doesn’t stop there. He also uses his personal time to provide for families in need.
