About JetBlue’s Vet Connect Peer Mentoring Program:

JetBlue recently launched VetConnect, its first vet-to-vet peer mentoring program. This initiative assists our newly hired veteran Crewmembers transition from military service into life at JetBlue. Through this program we offer valuable support and information during the first 12 months of a Crewmember’s transition into JetBlue, making sure that they are set up to be successful by connecting them with another veteran at JetBlue who has already successfully made the transition themselves. The mentor paired with the transitioning Crewmember will share their knowledge and experience, and help guide them during their first year with the Company.
