Many members of Gen Z seem to want to make a difference and should see their contributions recognized. For example, the Keysight marketing team has focused on creating opportunities to make connections, share views and influence decisions. In your team meetings, ask everyone to share what they are thankful for and celebrate all wins. This is also a great way to identify when someone may need more support. For us, this has helped foster strong bonds with a predominantly remote workforce and shine a spotlight on the contribution of every team member, creating a forum where people can easily ask for help and collaborate.
