Pro Bono Pioneers Talk About Experiential Learning with The Conference Board

WASHINGTON, May 5, 2016 /3BL Media/ - After attending the session, Learning and Leading By Doing Real Work in the Field at The Conference Board’s 22nd Annual Leadership Development Conference, HR professionals will have new ways to retain talent longer and increase employee engagement. Moderated by Amanda MacArthur, Vice President of Global Pro Bono and Engagement at PYXERA Global, Thursday’s discussion will feature Gina Tesla, Director, Corporate Citizenship Initiatives at IBM, Manu Juneja, Global Volunteering Manager at GSK and Tara Cardone, Head of Employee Engagement & Volunteerism at JPMorgan Chase.

Participants will learn how leading companies are implementing innovative leadership development strategies through the experiential learning practice, global pro bono.

The 22nd Annual Leadership Development Conference entitled, The Future of Leadership Development in a Rapidly Changing World will dive into innovative talent development models from various companies who tradeoff between high tech and high touch.
