Going Global: A Practitioner’s Guide to Scaling Your Global Footprint
WASHINGTON, DC, March 26, 2015 /3BL Media/ – Laura Asiala, Vice President of Client Relations and Public Affairs of PYXERA Global, will speak about trends in global pro bono at the annual Points of Light Corporate Service Council Meeting in Boston, Massachusetts, alongside SAP and Silicon Valley Community Foundation.
The Corporate Service Council is dedicated to advancing high-impact corporate volunteerism. The workshop, Going Global: A Practitioner’s Guide to Scaling Your Global Footprint, will take a deeper dive into new research and initiatives to help CSR and employee volunteer leaders strengthen and scale their global volunteer initiatives.
Over the past five years, PYXERA Global has conducted an annual benchmarking survey to assess the state of Global Pro Bono practices. Ms. Asiala, who holds extensive experience in the structure, insight and direction of this growing practice, will speak about three key trends from the 2014 survey:
1. Interest in cross-corporate collaboration
2. Exploration of both qualitative and quantitative measurement
3. Emphasis on areas of impact
