Marcone-Backed HEROES Care Welcomes Home Veterans & Thanks Their Supporters

Since 2013, Marcone has supported HEROES Care, a non-profit network of support organizations and specialists dedicated to providing help to military members and their loved ones. 

At the 2014 Marcone Servicers Convention, the Heroes Flag pictured here was proudly displayed over the event’s proceedings. In a touching ceremony during the convention, HEROES Care representatives, along with BCSM Dewayne Keel, personally thanked Marcone’s employees, executives, and customers for their show of financial and moral support of U.S. troops.

At the end of 2014, Marcone received the following message from HEROES Care Vice President Dave Woolley, happily noting that the Heroes Flag and the many military personnel it represents had returned home.

On Saturday, December 6, the Missouri National Guard 220^th Engineer Company made their final stop on their return journey from their deployment to Afghanistan to Hillsboro, MO, for the traditional ‘Welcome Home’ ceremony. The Welcome Home ceremony is the last official gathering of the unit after deployment before the soldiers stand down to return to family and community.  

Once again, thank you for your participation in the Heroes Flag Project. Not only were these citizen soldiers greeted by your messages of thanks, but your gift has made a lasting difference in the lives of these and many other military members and their families.
