Mars Brazil Ranks 19th In Great Place to Work

October 2, 2014 /3BL Media/ - Mars Brazil has once again made the Great Place to Work ranking, being listed in the top 20 companies to work for. This is the third year Mars has participated in the survey, and each year has achieved an even better score.

The internationally recognized award was presented at an event held in São Paulo on 18 August 2014. Roberto Torresani, Director of Mars Global Services, received the trophy on behalf the company, which was awarded in recognition of Mars’ good workplace practices.

Mars attributes its success to continually putting its Five Principles into action which in turn benefits its Associates. This includes investing in the structure of the offices and plants, benefits schemes, an open office concept and investing in the well-being of its Associates.

In recognition of this achievement, a meeting was held at each site to laud the Associates on this victory.
