Meet ON Semiconductor’s Gender Equality Superhero Sarabeth Knobel

Sarabeth Knobel (She-Her), diversity and inclusion program manager at ON Semiconductor, was featured on Fairygodboss for being a Gender Equality Superhero 2019 because of her commitment to advocate and advance workforce diversity as well as creating an environment of workplace inclusion.

In addition to her passion for gender equality in the workplace, Sarabeth is a vocal advocate for inclusion across all gender identities, sexualities, abilities, races and cultures in all aspects of her life. On a typical weekend, you can find her exploring the city, volunteering her time with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or doing stand-up around town. Sarabeth lives her life by the moto, “Keep moving forward,” a quote from one of her personal heroes, Walt Disney.
