In 2015, Geralyn Ritter, senior vice president, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel, survived a deadly train accident, sustaining traumatic injuries, broken bones and more. Geralyn’s resilience helped her through a long recovery, and today, she helps others with disabilities as the executive sponsor of the Merck capABILITIES Network.
