Networking, Insight and Inspiration Highlight First Key4Women Forum in Pittsburgh
More than 170 people attended KeyBank’s first Key4Women Forum in Pittsburgh on Thursday October 6th at the National Aviary. KDKA-TV news anchor Kym Gable served as emcee for the event, which started with a $10,000 donation from KeyBank to Mission of Mercy. The funds support the work the organization does to serve patients in need of dental care free of charge.
The forum featured Kiya Tomlin, who gave a keynote address in which she shared her inspirational story and how her mantra “Breaking out of the Bubble” is the driving force behind her success in work and life. She is the wife of Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin, and after almost two decades of designing custom apparel, Kiya has an understanding of women’s bodies, their endless search for both comfort and style, and the importance of being able to move seamlessly through the various roles women play throughout the day.
Leadership Author and Speaker Leanne Meyer also shared her insights and practical advice on reciprocity.
Since 2005, Key4Women has supported the financial progress and empowerment of women business owners and entrepreneurs through advocacy, connections and empowerment.
