Northern Trust Achieved a 100% Score on the Disability Equality Index This Year

Northern Trust was recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion', this year achieving a 100% score on the Disability Equality Index. Northern Trust has participated in the DEI for the past five years, being recognized as an Employer of Choice each year. Our CEO, Michael O’Grady, spoke at the Disability:IN Conference, and discussed the importance of disability inclusion to Northern Trust, to benefit our clients, partners, and business goals.
