Opportunities for professionals to exercise their expertise for a social enterprise, NGO, or government agency are often referred to as global pro bono. It is increasingly a vital part of developing global leadership development.
This panel talk will feature SAP’s Social Sabbatical as a leading example of effective global leadership development, with an emphasis on on how global pro bono can develop authentic leaders. This unique program is a joint partnership between SAP, PYXERA Global, who manages and facilitates the Social Sabbatical, and Ken Blanchard Company, who coaches participants.
