Sports Venues Embrace Sustainable and Vegan Food

Sports fans do not need to resign themselves to old-school hot dogs that are champions in cholesterol-raising content. These days, sports venues are embracing a healthier, sustainable food catering ethos, giving fans more options.
Earlier this month, Animal Welfare Approved hot dogs and burgers debuted at the 64,000-capacity Edward Jones Dome in Missouri, which is home to St, Louis Rams. The certified meat is being served by stadium concessions thanks to the efforts by Delaware North Companies Sportservice and AWA-certified Shire Gate Farm.
