T. Rowe Price CEO Signs Diversity and Inclusion Pledge
August 2, 2017 /3BL Media/ - T. Rowe Price has joined more than 250 other companies and their CEOs in an unprecedented commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, through a pledge by President and CEO Bill Stromberg.
By joining the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ coalition of companies and organizations, T. Rowe Price is committing to three initial goals intended to catalyze further conversation and action around diversity and inclusion within the workplace and foster collaboration among the member organizations:
- We will continue to make our workplaces trusting places to have complex—and sometimes difficult—conversations about diversity and inclusion.
- We will expand the firm’s unconscious bias education.
- We will share our successes as well as our challenges with others.
