Truist Celebrates LGBTQ+ Community

At Truist, we stand for better. And we’re committed to creating a culture that celebrates all teammates for their individuality. Everyone is welcomed, valued and included.

Throughout June, we’ll lift LGBTQ+ voices – both internally and with special guests – through events planned for teammates by our PRIDE Business Resource Group (BRG). We’ll  highlight the shared experiences we all have and learn how to become better allies, knowing that we’re better together.

There are many ways Truist supports our LGBTQ+ teammates, including an active PRIDE BRG, year-over-year 100% scoring on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, inclusive benefits, signing the Business Coalition for the Equality Act, encouraging the use of personal pronouns, and partnering with key organizations, including PFLAG and the Human Rights Campaign.
