Did you know there are more than 130,000 children like Carter and Micah in the US and Canada just waiting to be adopted from foster care? 

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is committed to finding forever families for all waiting children because they deserve it. Our signature program, Wendy’s Wonderful Kids, provides grants to adoption agencies in the US and Canada. Those agencies use the funds to hire specially-trained adoption recruiters whose sole mission is to find permanent, adoptive families for the children who have been in foster care the longest.
