White House Plans $10 Billion Fund to Boost Investments in Agriculture

The demand for capital investments in rural American communities to build modern infrastructure has risen sharply in recent years. The exceptional demand for farmland and agricultural investments has created a lucrative business opportunity for the Wall Street and large institutional investors.
The interest level in rural investments has grown in some parts of the financial world to an extent that agricultural conferences that were once attended mostly by farmers and others related with the field are now filled with hedge fund managers, venture capitalists and institutional investors. Looking at this high interest level of large investors, the US government is ready to facilitate the investment process and use this opportunity to boost American rural infrastructure.
