Acting responsibly is a critical part of what it takes to be a leader. As part of the firm's efforts to encourage and enable our people to develop as responsible leaders, PwC is continuing its commitment to an innovative international experience in Belize. Each summer, hundreds of PwC partners, staff and interns from across the United States travel to Belize City, Belize, to lead an effort that supports the firm's commitment to youth development through education, primarily financial literacy and environmental sustainability.
