Nearly a year after a suffering a severe spinal cord injury, IndyCar driver Robert Wickens returned to the track – leading the high-speed parade lap at the 2019 Honda Indy Toronto in a hand-controlled car modified by Arrow Electronics.

The DigiTruck is a mobile, solar-powered classroom and enterprise incubator. The new unit serves the Kenyan capital of Nairobi - one of Africa’s commercial hubs and a portal for Africa’s development in the 21st Century.

Arrow Electronics and nonprofit We Care Solar have won a 2019 Edison Award for Solar Suitcase 3.0, a portable solar-powered battery unit that can bring electricity to a remote, off-grid medical clinic throughout the night.

Arrow Electronics and customer Unlimited Tomorrow unveiled the latest version of its 3D-printed prosthetic arm at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this month. The prosthetic is designed to be cheaper and more accessible for children, who require new devices as they grow.

During the summer of 2018, Arrow recruited five disabled service members – four veterans and one active duty – from each of the five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. They drove the SAM Car in five different locations that were personally important to them.
