Each year, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace list recognizes U.S. companies that support families growing through adoption. The annual survey is judged first on financial assistance and second on paid time off given to employees after they adopt. While not all of the companies that applied make the list, we appreciate all organizations that offer adoption benefits and support families.
The first family of Kentucky is making their connection to adoption very well-known as they continue to ensure adoption benefits remain a priority for state employees. This year, the Commonwealth of Kentucky ranked second as an industry leader in the government category on the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s annual Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace list.
