Viacom, in partnership with The BEAT (the African American Employee Resource Group), hosted a career day for over a dozen girls from Figure Skating in Harlem (FSH). The girls, grades 7-11, were exposed to the world of media and entertainment and a peek into Viacom’s culture. The event was all part of Viacommunity’s (Viacom’s corporate social responsibility arm) All Good, All Year Initiative. All Good, All Year aims to engage employees each month with at least one volunteer event. In honor of black history month, February’s event aimed to show FSH girls what a career in the media industry looks like.

Xylem Inc. has announced execution of its new $800 million Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility. With this transaction, Xylem has replaced its five-year $600 million revolving credit facility, while adding a sustainability-linked pricing mechanism to the new facility. The deal is one of the first sustainable improvement loans in the U.S. and the first in the General Industrial Sector. The interest rate is index-linked to Xylem’s overall sustainability performance as rated by Sustainalytics, a leading independent global provider of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) ratings.
