BJ’s Wholesale Club Partners with More Than 200 Schools to Help Students Thrive

BJ’s Wholesale Club today announced partnerships with 213 schools through the organization’s Adopt-A-School program. At the beginning of each school year, every BJ’s Wholesale Club and Distribution Center partners with a local school to help enhance existing programs and curriculum objectives. Since 1996, the program has contributed $1.9 million in funding to thousands of schools across BJ’s 15-state footprint.

Hanson’s nonprofit of choice, Southern Arizona Buffelgrass Coordination Center, will receive $10,000 on her behalf. The three finalists were chosen by a judging panel and then competed in an online public vote to be named Arizona’s Cox Conserves Hero.
