Athan Schindler has been a health and wellness expert for over 10 years. He’s an Army Ranger, U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Licensed Master Social Worker, and Owner and Head Coach of Fortitude Fitness – CrossFit 78702 in Austin, TX. His first education in cancer came the hard way in 2005 when his father was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiform (brain cancer). Athan spent several years working as a LIVESTRONG Emotional Support Counselor for people affected by cancer.
