Great Place to Work® Recognizes Mars as 5th Best Place to Work in Japan
Mars Japan moves up 11 places as it makes the prestigious list for the third year
TOKYO, JAPAN, February 18, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Mars Japan has been recognized this year as the 5th “Best Workplace” by Great Place to Work®. The ranking represents the business’ third year in the list and it’s highest-ranking year to date.
The Great Place to Work ranking recognizes outstanding workplace cultures using its Trust Index©, a 58-question employee survey used globally to help companies increase the levels of trust across their organizations and improve business results.

The ranking builds on Mars’ reputation as a world leading employer after being recognized by Great Place to Work® as one of the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces in 2014. Based on the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence, it ranked Mars 22nd in the world’s top 25 best multinationals in terms of workplace culture. The list noted the high percentage of women in management positions with 38% of management positions being held by women across Mars.

In 2014, for the fourth year in a row, Mars made the top 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list.
