Mars Recognized as One of the Best Places to Work in Greece
Great Place To Work® Ranks Mars in Greece 2nd in annual national survey for the 4th year in a row
ATHENS, Greece, April 8, 2015 /3BL Media/ – Mars Hellas and Royal Canin Hellas have been recognized this year as the joint second “Best Workplace” in Greece by Great Place to Work®. Mars has made the top ten employers list for the last four years in the category of up to 50 - 250 employees, building on Mars’ strong reputation in Greece as a world-leading employer.
The Great Place To Work® survey found that 96% of Mars Associates say that they are proud to tell others who they work for and 92% believe that their work is “more than just a job”. The survey also reveals the approachable atmosphere of Mars in Greece with 94% of Associates saying that management are easy to talk with, as well as 93% saying that the atmosphere is welcoming.
This recognition reflects the great pride, trust and camaraderie that both Mars Hellas and Royal Canin Hellas Associates have in their work and their commitment in making Mars a great place to work.
Mars as a Great Place to Work around the World
In 2014, for the fourth year in a row, Mars Incorporated made the top 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces list. Additionally, Mars was named on Great Place to Work and other national workplace ranking lists in Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Brazil, Central America and Caribbean, Chile, China, Denmark, Europe, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. In the UK, Mars made The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers List, climbing four places from 52nd to 48th from the previous year. In 2013, Mars was also ranked on more than 20 great workplace lists globally, including being listed 16th on Best Multinational Workplaces in Europe by Great Place to Work.
