Today, Marcone Servicers Association (MSA), a St. Louis-based trade organization of appliance installers, announced collaboration with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) to expand business-building education and training for military families.

VSP launched Sight for Students, our first Eyes of Hope program, in 1997 to ensure that all school-aged children had access to quality vision care. Today, Eyes of Hope has evolved and expanded to support communities around the globe through initiatives that bring access to eye care, education, and disaster relief to places where they’re needed most.

This year, we’re celebrating a big milestone: providing one million people in need with no-cost eye care through Eyes of Hope programs, including Sight for Students and VSP Mobile Eyes.

Charities@Work Best Practices Summit on Employee Engagement Showcases Virtual Reality Technology

The 15th Annual Charities@Work Best Practices Summit on Employee Engagement in Corporate Citizenship, held on March 28-30 at the New York Marriott Marquis, will showcase the latest advances in employee engagement, workplace giving and corporate social responsibility (CSR), including the use of virtual reality technology to build empathy and deepen the connection among a nonprofit’s donors. Conference participants will even have an opportunity to individually test drive virtual reality technology through the use of Oculus Rift virtual reality headsets.
