DERA Grant Funding Announced by EPA
2017 National Request for Proposals now open
MADISON, Wis., May 11, 2017 /3BL Media/ -- As a courtesy to our stakeholders, Leonardo Academy is excited to forward an available funding opportunity for Clean Diesel projects though the EPA’s Diesel Emission Reduction Program (DERA). EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality is soliciting proposals nationwide for projects that achieve significant reductions in diesel emissions, particularly from fleets located in areas designated as having poor air quality. The EPA anticipates awarding approximately $11 million in DERA funding to eligible projects.
For detailed information on eligibility and application requirements, or if you would like to work with Leonardo Academy in seeking a grant in this DERA grant cycle and/or the upcoming Volkswagen emissions mitigation settlement grant cycle, please email info@leonardoacademy.org with information about your engine types and the state(s) you operate in. We will be bundling projects that fit both the DERA grant requirements and the Volkswagen emissions mitigation settlement RFPs when these RFPs are issued.
