A prominent benchmarking organization has rated MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) as among the nation’s leading companies for workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) employees. Based on the company’s policies and practices relating to LGBTQ employees, the Human Rights Campaign announced that for the sixth consecutive year, MGM Resorts has earned a perfect score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an annual Human Rights Campaign (HRC) survey that evaluates major companies for their non-discrimination and benefits policies and practices with respect to LGBTQ employees.

Organizations that have earned a 100 percent rating on the CEI have satisfied all criteria for that year and are recognized as a "Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.”

Astellas Named a Best Place to Work for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Equality for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, Astellas has achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The 2018 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. Astellas’ efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria again resulted in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
